 Thebatteryelectrolyte contains fumed silica and there is no flow,noleakage or nogradation of sulfuric acid .It is safe and reliable.

 Thegelelectrolyte is in dilute sol state when beinginjected.Excessiveelectrolyte can fill in all the space inside battery.Under circumstanceof high-temperature and overcharge, the battery willnot dry out.  Itis not easy to appear thermal runaway. The battery canwork under severeenvironment.

 The positive plate is tubularplate, which caneffectively prevent the active materials from fallingoff. The positiveplate skeleton is made of Pb-Ca alloy through diecast, and the thinandcompact crystal grains of alloy ensure goodperformance ofcorrosionproof. The negative plate is pasted plate, andthe grid is inradialstructure, which is favorable for improving theutilization rateofactive materials and is favorable for discharging atlargecurrent.Pb-Ca alloy is adopted and the voltage of hydrogenevolution ishigh.Unique lead paste formula enables perfect recoveryperformanceofbattery recharging after deep discharging.  AdoptPVC-SiO2separator, which is special for gel battery with tinyholes.Theseparator has high porosity and low resistance, andtheinternalresistance of battery is low.

 Adopt imported safetyvalve. Theopen and close valve has constantpressure and the reliabilityis high,which can prevent case swelling,breaking and electrolyte dryout.

 TheABS case and lids of the battery is sealed with resinimportedfromGermany, so that to ensure no-leakage and to prevent airleakage.

Theterminal is compounding type with inlaid lead coppercore. Itisprocessed through die cast and is sealed with imported resinandbyimported special equipment. Due to its unique sealedstructureofterminal, the seal between case and lid of battery andmetalbatteryterminal is not the direct agglutination between sealantandmetalsurface; instead, it is the agglutination with theprotectivesleeve oforganic materials and terminal, which makes the sealreliable.
