 Thebattery electrolyte contains fumed silica and there is no flow,noleakage or no gradation of sulfuric acid .It is safe and reliable.

 Thegel electrolyte is in dilute sol state when being injected.Excessiveelectrolyte can fill in all the space inside battery. Under circumstanceof high-temperature and overcharge, the battery will not dry out.  Itis not easy to appear thermal runaway. The battery can work under severeenvironment.

 The positive plate is tubular plate, which caneffectively prevent the active materials from falling off. The positiveplate skeleton is made of Pb-Ca alloy through die cast, and the thinandcompact crystal grains of alloy ensure good performance ofcorrosionproof. The negative plate is pasted plate, and the grid is inradialstructure, which is favorable for improving the utilization rateofactive materials and is favorable for discharging at largecurrent.Pb-Ca alloy is adopted and the voltage of hydrogen evolution ishigh.Unique lead paste formula enables perfect recovery performanceofbattery recharging after deep discharging. The battery has strongcycleand duration performance, sufficient capacity and long life.

 AdoptPVC-SiO2 separator, which is special for gel battery with tinyholes.The separator has high porosity and low resistance, and theinternalresistance of battery is low.

 Adopt imported safety valve. Theopen and close valve has constantpressure and the reliability is high,which can prevent case swelling,breaking and electrolyte dry out.

 TheABS case and lids of the battery is sealed with resin importedfromGermany, so that to ensure no-leakage and to prevent air leakage.

Theterminal is compounding type with inlaid lead copper core. Itisprocessed through die cast and is sealed with imported resin andbyimported special equipment. Due to its unique sealed structureofterminal, the seal between case and lid of battery and metalbatteryterminal is not the direct agglutination between sealant andmetalsurface; instead, it is the agglutination with the protectivesleeve oforganic materials and terminal, which makes the seal reliable.
